Shipping Policy

Order processing. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Shipping times. Standard shipping within the United States typically takes 5–12 business days from dispatch, depending on your location.

Shipping cost. We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States.

Tracking. A tracking number is provided for every order so you can follow your delivery from dispatch to arrival.

Delays. Occasionally, delays occur due to carrier or customs handling that are outside our control. If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, please contact us at moritz.ecom.ger@gmail.com and we will help track it down.

Address accuracy. Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot be responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
